Mission: Christian Winkler took over the bakery in 1807. Bakery and shop Demonstrations of early Moravian immigrant baking methods.

Admission Info: Open: Monday - Saturday, 9:30 am - 4:30pm; Sunday, 1:30 - 4:30 pm. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and Day. Admission fee. Wheelchair accessible.

Other Info: Bakery, which has been in operation since 1800 except for a brief period in the mid-20th century, sells Moravian sugar cake, cookies, breads, and other baked goods.
